I invite you to join me in watching the film “Little Comrade.”
It is a moving and thought-provoking story that takes us back to early 1950s Estonia, where a little girl’s childhood unfolds in difficult times. Her mother is imprisoned, her father is in hiding, and she herself ends up living with a stepfather who works for the security services. The story shows how a child tries to hold on to hope and playfulness even when the world around her is filled with fear and silence.

The film will be shown in Estonian with English subtitles.
