We opened a portrait exhibition titled "Voices from Crises: Stories of Displaced People" on Monday, April 15th at Kolme puu gallery in Telliskivi Creative City.We opened an Estonian Refugee Council office in the Georgian capital, Tbilisi.

Estonian Refugee Council announces the opening of a new portrait exhibition titled "Voices from Crises: Stories of Displaced People", hosted at the Three Tree Gallery in Telliskivi Creative City.

This season we provided winterization support to nearly 16,000 vulnerable households in Ukraine. We carried out a shelter programme in Ukraine, supporting the light repairs of a total of 200 war-torn residential houses.

On Friday, March 8th Estonian Refugee Council hosted an Inspiration Day at Kohtla-Järve for Ukrainian women with refugee backgrounds actively involved in entrepreneurship in Estonia.

At the beginning of February, the Estonian Refugee Council's team handed over four generators to the local governments in East of Ukraine, the purchase of which was supported by Estonian donors in the campaign "Give Spark". The generators help to keep the critical infrastructure of the municipalities close to the frontline running ("points of invincibility") and allow the locals to charge communication devices in case of emergency.

In January, the initial stage of Estonian Refugee Council’s livelihoods programme concluded in Jordan. During this phase, ERC erected 20 hydroponic greenhouses to assist Syrian refugees and vulnerable locals.

We delivered 4 generators to Ukraine, the purchase of which was supported by Estonian donors through the "Give Spark" campaign. Generators are in operation in the local governments of the Zaporizhzhya region, where they help to keep the necessary equipment running in case of power outages and allow those in need to charge communication devices. We went on a monitoring visit to Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya and Zaporizhzhya region, among other things, we registered for the first time those in need near the front in Komyshuvakh. We made videos of Ukrainian women's businesses that got wind from our "Empowering Women" programme. In December and January, we collected more than 33,000 euros in donations. Thank you!

In December, the four-month entrepreneurship programme Boost, created in cooperation with ERC and the Baltic Innovation Agency, came to an end, where more than 30 Ukrainian entrepreneurs with different experiences received support to develop or continue their business.

We started with cash-based aid in Armenia, currently we have reached 200 people. The amount of cash-based support per person is 50,000 AMD (approx. 114 EUR) per month.
